All sales are final.
Discounts may be available for a purchase of multiple items.
If a piece is damaged, the customer must email Posh Pebble customerservice@poshpebble.com within 7 days of delivey for repair or replacement of damaged piece.
All pieces are guaranteed for damages due to labour and/or shipping. Damaged pieces will be repaired or replaced. In event that a component of the piece is not available, the customer will be offered a component of equal or higher value and quality.
Some other repairs may be made to a piece for a nominal fee.
All postage shipping fees, (National-UPS, International-USPS) to be paid for by the customer including shipping insurance fees required on all International sales.
Posh Pebble will not be held responsible for items lost or stolen in shipping.
We want you to be thrilled with your Posh Pebble purchase. If you are not satisfied in any way with your purchase, simply return the items in their original packaging within 10 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.
Posh Pebble website uses Pay Pal as its online payment resource. All online purchases are subject to Pay Pal Terms and Conditions.
Custom Sizing And Orders Available
We do Bridal and custom design relating to preffered minerals on available pieces. All custom and Bridal order requests must be e-mailed to info@poshpebble.com. A minimum of 3 months and 50% deposit is required with confirmation of all custom and Bridal orders.
Personal sizing of any available Posh Pebble piece must me stated at point of order or purchase.
